Progressive Lenses Sourcing collects inquiry fields so factories can be asked for wholesale quotes. Typical fields include name, work email, company, optional phone, product configuration, quantity, destination, requested timing, optional budget and supplier preference. Those notes are used to restate the brief and to return comparable replies.

What we do not do with inquiry data

We do not sell inquiry contents as a marketing list. We do not invent a public street address or map pin from your form. Optional budget and preference controls are buying notes merged into the requirement field at submit when JavaScript is available.

Retention and contact

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to coordinate the sourcing request and related follow-up. Use the same work-email channel on the contact form if you need a correction to a submitted brief.
